These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated under the name Christmas Light Install Training by Christmas Light Suppliers LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1) Program Description
Christmas Light Install Training is a free educational webinar program operated by Christmas Light Suppliers LLC. The program teaches holiday lighting installation, pricing, marketing, and business systems to contractors and home service business owners.
Text messages sent under this program include webinar registration confirmations, session reminders before each scheduled webinar, join links for the live session, and notices of upcoming webinar dates.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registering for or attending a webinar. You may register and attend without opting in to text messages.
2) How to Opt In
You may join by submitting your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our webinar registration form at christmaslightinstalltraining.com/holiday-lighting-blueprint.
The consent box is unchecked by default. You must affirmatively check it to enroll.
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message identifying Christmas Light Install Training and containing HELP and STOP instructions. If you did not intend to subscribe, reply STOP to that message.
3) Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 10 messages per month, concentrated around scheduled webinar dates. Webinars are typically held every two weeks, and message volume is higher in the days immediately before a scheduled session.
4) Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Christmas Light Install Training does not charge a fee for this service. Any charges come from your wireless carrier under the terms of your mobile plan. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan's messaging charges.
5) How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts from this program.
You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling (425) 510-0005 with the mobile number you wish to unsubscribe.
Opting out of text messages does not unsubscribe you from email communications, and does not cancel your webinar registration.
To rejoin, opt in again through our registration form.

7) Supported Carriers
This program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
8) Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
You agree to notify us if you stop using that mobile number or transfer it to another person. You are responsible for any messages sent to a number you provided but no longer control.
We reserve the right to remove any number from the program at our discretion, and to suspend or terminate the program at any time.
9) Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when they were last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
