Effective date: September 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Christmas Light Suppliers LLC, operating under the name Christmas Light Install Training ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website, register for a webinar, or interact with us in any way.
By using our site or services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
1) Information We Collect
Information you provide: contact details (first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number); webinar registration details (which session you registered for, attendance status); text messaging consent records, including the date and time of consent and the method of opt-in; communications (emails, form submissions, text messages, support requests, questions submitted during live sessions).
Information collected automatically: device and usage data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs); cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
2) How We Use Your Information
To register you for webinars and confirm your registration; send session reminders and join links; notify you of upcoming webinar dates; provide
replays, materials, and attendee resources; respond to questions and provide support; operate, maintain, and improve our website and webinar program; detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues; comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Legal bases for EEA/UK users (GDPR): performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligations.
3) SMS and Mobile Messaging
This section governs information collected through our text messaging program. It takes precedence over any other section of this Policy with respect to mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Specifically, we do not disclose, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data to advertising networks, analytics partners, data brokers, lead generation companies, or any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
Program details. Messages sent under this program include webinar registration confirmations, session reminders, join links, and notices of upcoming webinar dates. Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP to any message for support.
How consent is obtained. Mobile numbers are collected through the webinar registration form at christmaslightinstalltraining.com/holiday-lighting-blueprint. The SMS consent box on that form is unchecked by default, and consent is not required to register for or attend a webinar.
Mobile numbers and consent records are used solely to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive, and are shared only with the messaging service providers we use to transmit those messages on our behalf, who are contractually restricted from using that information for any other purpose.
We retain SMS consent records for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.
Full details of our messaging program are set out in our SMS Terms.
4) Sharing & Disclosures
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers and contractors (hosting, webinar platform, email and SMS delivery, analytics, customer support) who are bound by confidentiality obligations; advertising and analytics partners to measure site performance — mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are excluded from this sharing and are never provided to advertising or analytics partners; business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets), where mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data will not be transferred for marketing purposes and any successor will be bound by the commitments in Section 3; and legal compliance.
Our webinars are hosted on a third-party platform (event.webinarjam.com). Information you provide during a live session is handled according to that platform's own privacy practices.
5) Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember your registration and preferences, analyze site performance and usage, and personalize content and measure marketing performance. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain site features.
6) Advertising & Analytics
We may use analytics tools and advertising platforms to understand site usage and marketing effectiveness. These providers may set their own cookies and collect information from our site according to their own policies. Where required, we will request your consent before enabling these tools. As stated in Section 3, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never provided to these providers.
7) Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by category.
8) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent, and opting out of marketing — unsubscribe using the link in our emails, reply STOP to any text message, or contact us directly.
California and other U.S. state privacy laws: You may have the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of "sales," "sharing," and targeted advertising as defined by law.
